Shaklee Vitamins for hair lost?
Long long time a go a lady told my mother about some shaklee vitamins that she was taking they were tables pills not a shake this lady said that they had recommed this to her for hair lost and that they work great because her hair stop falling and new hair start to grow. My mom lost her phone number since the lady move to a different state. My hair start falling lately, so I want to know if ANYBODY KNOWs WHAT VITAMINS THEY ARE? How many Herb-Lax Shaklee should I start with?
I have had severe constipation my whole life but now that i am out of a job i know that makes it worse becasue having a schedule helps. I have started with adding stool softeners 64 oz a water a day and adding fiber but havent really seen a difference i maybe have a bowel movement 3 4 times a week a friend i worked with mentioned herb lax shaklee and i know its super natural so you can take it as long as you want and it wont be habit forming. it says to take 4 tablets once to twice a day and i wanted to get an opinion from anyone who has taken it?? how many should i start with and will it give me the same effects as a harsh laxative like cramping and stuff or will it just make me more regular? any information would be great thank you
What effect would Shaklee brand Physique powder drink have on me?
My mom got a container of this from a friend. I am a long distance runner. I maintain 8 9 every other day with cross training days in between weights, sprints and aerobic workouts . I also run 12 15 on Saturdays. I am 17 years old, about 5' 6'', and weigh 133 135 lbs. My mom and her friend recommend me drinking this after workouts and runs, but i do not want to " bulk up" which is what i am afraid this drink would to do me. Has anyone else tried it?
