Question: Very small lumps on index finger?

Ive got a lot of very small lumps on my right index finger, i noticed them the other day but now there are a lot more of them, they dont hurt or itch, and its difficult to see them unless its under light, but i can feel them and it looks and feel horrible. ive never had this before and ive not idea what it is :S
